Permanent / Direct-Hire Employment

Under this arrangement, EXPROIT will recruit, screen and provide a fully qualified resource to your organization for a permanent placement. Using this option, the final hiring decision is always yours and EXPROIT will present candidates to your organization to interview upon completion of the EXPROIT screening process. Our fee for our recruitment efforts is a contingency fee, is employer paid and is based upon the annual income package offered and accepted by the selected EXPROIT recommended candidate. 

Our fee is due only if, and when, a EXPROIT recommended candidate is hired and commences work. Thus, you are under no obligation to EXPROIT should you wish to interview any EXPROIT recommended candidate. In addition, we provide a guarantee period for all of our candidates.
